Dare I say it — this recipe is great for the 4th of July. I know, I know. I’ve been a little overboard. Just close your eyes…because I still have 2 more holiday-themed posts coming your way!

I wanted to call this recipe “Chunky Chipotle Chicken Slaw” because I like alliterations, but the word “chunky” is kind of gross to me. So just Chipotle Chicken Slaw it is.

During the summer, sometimes it’s a little much to preheat your oven to 1 million degrees to bake something – so I like to have a few alternatives that are cool and crunchy for those hot summer nights.

We HAVE Moved!!!

Surf Athletics CrossFit has a new location, a new website, and a new WOD Blog

The new and improved box is located at 22230 Palos Verdes Blvd., Torrance 90505. We are open for classes NOW!

While we have had a good run inside of the Refinery, it’s time to move into our own dedicated space. (Also, we can say goodbye to the locked up equipment!)

Our expanded list of classes will begin THIS WEEK. I will update you with the new schedule and inform you of the Grand Opening festivities shortly…

I am so proud of how it has come together, and could not have done it without the help of my good friends.
