Perform one set every minute on the minute, add 10# M per round until failure
2x Front squats (starting weight 135#/85#)

B.Max rounds in 15 minutes
15x Sumo Deadlift hi-pull (95#/65#) [NO hi-pull if it hurts; must have perfect form/ position for SHDP!!!]*
15x Squats
15x Push-ups
15x Double unders
Row 250m or Run 300m
