A. 4x 4-6 HSPU (scaled to ability)–30 sec rest

6-8 Ring V-Outs–30 sec rest

8-10 Pistols (scaled to ability)

 

B. Death by 10m

With 2 cones 10m apart, run 10m the first minute, 20m the second min, 30m the third minute, continuing as long as you are able.
