A. Find your 5RM Front Squat
<2 months CF: Front Squat 5-5-5

B. AMRAP 20

  • 5 Front Squats (find a weight you can pick up from floor)
  • 10 Bowler Squats/leg
  • 15 Plank with alternating toe raise/side
  • 20 Kettle bell Swings
