A. Deadlift – 3 sets of 12.

  • Set 1- Build up to heavy weight
  • set 2- drop weight by  5%
  • set 3- drop weight by 10%

B. 5 rounds- 3 minutes on 1 minute off

  • 5 Burpees
  • 7 v-ups
  • 9 kettlebell swings (16kg/12kg)
