  • Sprint starts

 

B. 3 rounds- 1 minute each station

 

  • Tire flips
  • Sledge hits on tire
  • Landmines
  • Shoot-throughs on parallettes
  • Handstand kick ups

 

♣ REST 1 MINUTE -repeat for 3 rounds

C. 3x — optional

  • 20s handstand hold
  • 10 Abmat situps
  • 10 sprinter’s sit ups
