1 works 1 rest – run together
 Complete the following for time.  Divide reps any way you wish for a total of 50 of each element.  Run 200m after each element.
  • 50 Goblet squats 53/35
  • 50 Pull ups
  • 50 Wall balls
  • 50 Push ups
  • 50 KB Swings 53/35
