A. Every Minute On the Minute for 10 Minutes:

  • 3 Front Squats
  • 3 Pull-Ups     (*Make the pull-ups challenging)

B. 21-15-9

  • Front Squat (95/65)
  • Pull-Ups
  • Push-Ups

C. 3 Rounds

  • 5 1-arm overhead lunges
  • 8 Kettlebell 1-arm high pulls
