A. Split Jerk

  • Work to a heavy double
  • If new to Split work technique

B. Descending AMRAPs (20 minutes total)

  1. AMRAP 7
  2. 3 min rest
  3. AMRAP 5
  4. 2 min rest
  5. AMRAP 3
  • 5 KB Swings 50#/40#
  • 10 T2B
  • 15 Wall Balls 20#/14#

C. 2x

  • spend 4-5 minutes working on  handstands
  • 30s Couch stretch /side (See VIDEO below…)
