  • 3 Squat Clean (65% of 1rm)
  • 7-10 Push-ups

Rest 5 mins

B. EMOM 10

  • 10 Back Squat (EVEN)
  • 5 Front Squat (ODD)

Rest 5 mins

C. EMOM 10

  • 20 s Ring Chair or L-Sit hold (EVEN)
  • 10-12 Ring Fly-outs (ODD)

D. Roll out/smash your tight bits
