A. Super set: 6-6-6-6**

  1. Barbell Bent Over Row
  2. Romanian Dead lift
  3. Pull-up
  4. Rest 60-90 sec after super set

** A super set is performed when two or more exercises are performed in a row without stopping. Rest after each round.

B. AMRAP 10

  • 6 Handstand Push-Ups (scale as necessary)
  • 9 Box Jumps (20-24/16-20)
  • 12 calories on AirDyne Bike

C. 4x (if time permits)

  • 5 Snatch Balance (light-moderate weight)
  • 90 sec Overhead Shoulder Mobility with Bands
