A. Find 1 RM:

  • Bench Press

B. Test:

  • 1 min Wall Ball max (20/14)
  • Rest 3 min
  • 1 min Double or single unders (jump rope)

C. 5 Rounds for time:

  • 15 Dumbbell push press (35/20)
  • 1 min Bike
  • 15 Dumbbell walking lunge (35/20)
