B. AMRAP 7

  • 7 Overhead squat (95/65)
  • 7 Supine Ring Row

C. AMRAP 7

  • 7 Push-up
  • 7 Hollow Rocks

D. 2x

  • Plank-around-the-world (30 sec/ position)
  • rest 1 min between sets
