WOD 3.10.14 Monday

A. Back Squat— Heavy. Choose your rep scheme:

  • Options: 10 x 3  OR
  • 5 x 6  OR
  • 20 rep max

B. EMOM 10

  • 7 Strict Chest to Bar Pull Ups

C. With a group, share 1 bar and rotate through:

  • 1 Power Clean– 1 min rest
  • 2 Power Clean (touch n go)– 1 min rest
  • 3 Power Clean (touch n go)– 1 min rest
  • 4 Power Clean (touch n go)– 1 min rest
  • 5 Power Clean (touch n go)– 1 min rest

…keep going as long as you can hold onto the bar. Choose a weight you think you can get through 5. Take 1 min rest between rounds. Rotate with your partners.  You can also have bars at different weights and take turns lifting. If you are alone or with a smaller group, make sure you get 1 minute rest between rounds.
