  • 10x Sledgehammer strikes
  • Sprint 200m
  • Rest 1 minute

B. KB Snatch (1-arm alternating)

  • 5-5-5-3-3-3
  • Rest as needed between lifts

C. 4 RFT

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Toes 2 Bar
  • 10 handstand  kick-ups
