WOD 3.25.14 Tuesday

A. EMOM 8

  • Even: 8 Shoulder to OH 135/95 (scale weight as needed)
  • Odd: 8 Toes to Bar (scale reps as needed)

B. EMOM 10

  • Even: 8 Burpees
  • Odd: 8 Ring dips

C. EMOM 10

setup at the bottom of ramp

  • Even: Sprint to wall
  • Odd: 10 Lateral KB Drags/ side (plank position)

D. Bring Sally Up

  • Push Up Challenge… Chest and thighs need to be off of the ground BARELY at the bottom, no resting on the ground for it to be legit! Do your BEST!
