  • Max L-Sit OR Hang
  • Rest 1 minute

B. 10-8-6-4-2

  • Supine Ring Rows
  • Push-ups
  • Single-Leg Squat to a Box ea. leg

C: 5x

  • 20 reps of any battle rope exercise variation
  • 1 min rest
