B. KB 1- arm Cleans

  • 5-5-5-5-5

C1. AMRAP 5

  • 3 Wall Walks
  • 10 Supine Row

Immediately into:

C2. AMRAP 5

  • 6 Weighted Bulgarian Squats 6/leg
  • 5 Burpee

D.  3 rounds: Ab Gauntlet 15 reps each

  • Med Ball sit ups
  • Russian Twist
  • Cross Body Mt. Climbers (w/ or w/out band resistance)
  • Weighted Plank = max hold
