Get your Goat

If you haven’t decided what goat to tackle this month, now is the time. Please write it on the whiteboard, and commit to KILL! That means doing reps alongside your warmup or after class. Do something everyday.

A. Warm up: 3 Rounds

  • 5 wall walks
  • 10 single leg sqaut
  • 200 skips

B. Strength:

  • Thrusters 2-2-2-2-2-2

C. MetCon : “CINDY”

AMRAP 20

  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Push ups
  • 15 Air sqauts
