B. AMRAP 8

  • 5 Box Jumps
  • 14 Deadlifts
  • 14 KB swings

Rest 4 minutes, THEN:

AMRAP 8

  • 5 Push ups
  • 14 Power Skaters
  • 14 Renegade Row (7 per arm) [25/15#]

C. Core 3 sets:

  • 14 Hollow Rocks
  • 11-15 sec chair hold (rings or parallettes)
  • 10 banded anti-rotation/ side
