A. Hang Snatch

B. Snatch Grip High Pull (110% of 1RM)

  • 2-2-2-2-2

C. Hip Thrust (or Barbell Glute Bridge)

  • 12-12-12

*** 100m Run between each set

D. AMRAP 10

  • 10 KBS
  • 10 Wall balls
  • 10 Split squat lunge/ leg
