  • 20 Back Squats (135/95)

** Do Burpees with the time remaining, if you finish back squats.

C. 3 Rounds

  • 10 Dumbbell Squat Cleans 35/20
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings 2/1.5
  • 10 Overhead Squats 95/45
