WOD 6.3.14 Tuesday

A. Strength- 4 rounds:

  • 3 Position Squat Clean (from the Pockets/ Above the Knee/ Mid-Shin: 70% of 1RM)

B. AMRAP 8

  • 8 Hang power clean
  • 8 box jumps

Rest 3 minutes, Then:

AMRAP 8

  • 8 push ups
  • 8 sit ups

C. Cool Down

  • 10 skin the cats
