A. Back Squat (ascending)

  • 5-5-4-4-3-3

B. Bench Press

  • take 12-15 minutes to find your 3RM

C. for time:

  • 30 double unders or 100 singles
  • 20 Slam balls
  • 10 Sledge hammer strikes/arm
  • 20 slam balls
  • 30 double unders or 100 singles

D. Core

  • 30 t2b
  • 10 sec. L-sit (when you have to rest on your T2b)
