  • 10 DB Split Cleans (45/30) (35/20) – alt. legs on the split
  • 15 Double Unders or 40 Single Unders

B. AMRAP 10

  • 15 Drop Lunges (2 count)
  • 10 Deadlift
  • 5 Suspended Push Ups (Rings or TRX)

C. 3 Sets

  • 9 Tire Sit-ups
  • 6 Pistol Squats/ leg
  • 3 Wall Walks
