A. Bench Press (12X2)

  • 4-4-4-4

Please, you must have a spotter

B1. AMRAP 6

  • 6 Pushups
  • 6 V-ups

B2. AMRAP 6

  • 6 box jumps
  • 6/arm DB 1-arm Snatch

C. Core 3 sets:

  • 15 Hollow Rocks
  • 11-15 sec chair hold (rings or parallettes)
  • 10 banded anti-rotation/ side (you can also use the cable machine)
