Warm Up:

  • 10 strict pullups
  • 15 sec HS hold or Plank hold
  • 1 min/ side Lunge stretch
  • Ankle mobility

A. Back Squat: AHAP

  • 5-4-3-3-2-2-1

B. EMOM 10

Odd= 7 Front squats 70%
Even= 21 Heavy KB swings

C. Strict press 4 x 10 (or HSPU 4 x 6)

  • 10-10-10-10
