  • 10 Walking Planks

B. 4 Sets

  • 20 Floor Cobras
  • 10 Ring Rows
  • 5 Sotts Press (hold back squat; press bar from behind neck)

C. 15-20 minutes

  • Handstand progressions
    • Kickups
    • Hand balancing
    • Wall walks
