A. Front Squat

  • 10×2 Pause Front Squats
  • pause for 3 seconds at the bottom of each rep
B. EMOM 7
  • 2 Snatches – start your second rep within 5 seconds

C. Metcon: 30-20-10 reps for time of:

  • Power Snatch, 95/65
  • HSPU
