B. Strict Press

  • 1X5@65%
  • 1X5@75%
  • 1xMax Effort@85% (Max Effort= AMRAP)
  • Rest as needed

C. 3 sets

  • AMRAP Strict HSPU – rest 90 sec.
  • 15 Toes to Bar – rest 90 sec.

D. 3 rounds of Max Effort (Max Effort=AMRAP)

  • 1:00 Ring Dips
  • 1:00 Pull ups
  • 1:00 Shuttle Run 50′ *Shuttle Run is for max accumulated distance in 1:00; Run down 50, turn around, run back 50
  • 1:00 KB Swings (50/40)
  • 1:00 Rest
