A. Hang Snatch (just above knee):

  • Work to a 5RM

B. Back Squat

  • 5 reps @65%
  • 5 reps @75%
  • AMRAP @85%
  • Rest as needed between sets

C. 3 sets

  • 10 Front Squats: AHAP
  • 20 Superman

D. For time

15-12-9 Reps of:

  • Tire Sit-ups
  • Power Clean (135/95)
