  • 20 Tire Sit Ups or V-ups
  • Take breaks between rounds

B. AMRAP 7

  • 5 KB swings
  • 40 single unders
  • 10 KB swings
  • 40 single unders
  • 15 KB swings

*kb swings go up by 5 after each round

C. With a partner: 10 Rounds (Each…Alternating)

  • 7 Strict Chest to Bar Pull Ups

D.  Then, 10 Rounds (Each…Alternating)

  • 10  Ring Dips
