  • 3@80%
  • 3+ @90%, rest as needed

C. 3 rounds for time

  • 10 Power Cleans 135/95#
  • 24 Split Jumps (each jump counts 1 rep)
  • 40m Tire sled drag

D. 3 sets

  • 15 Partner Glute Ham Raises
  • 10 Partner med ball situps
