  3. 10 Box Jumps

 

A. Deadlift

  • 5@65%
  • 5@75%
  • 5+@85%
  • Rest as needed

B. 3X

  • 12 Good Mornings (Begin with empty bar and add additional weight each round)
  • 15 Hanging Leg Raises (or use rings/parallettes)

C. AMRAP 15

  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Flutterkicks (4-count)
  • 30 Double Unders (90 singles)
