A. Power Clean + Push Press

  • max triple, 20 minute time limit

B. 3 rounds to build to max of following complex:

  • 5 touch-and-go power cleans
  • 5 front squats
  • 5 push press
  • 5 back squats
  • 5 touch-and-go power cleans

C. Mobility work: shoulders and hips: 2 minutes each

  • shoulder stretch on box
  • Posterior-chain ball smash
  • Hip External Rotation with Flexion
  • Side Hip Smash
