B. AMRAP 10 

  • 10 Box jumps, 24”
  • 10 Hand-release pushups
  • 10 Weighted walking lunges  (10/leg)

C. 3 rounds (11 minutes/ record your reps))

  • 1min Side Medball Toss (each)
  • 1min Burpees
  • 1min GHD Sit-Ups (or hollow rocks)
  • 1min Rest
