A. With a 8 minute running clock

  • 6 max Handstand holds (or work on scaling handstands to your level- but push the envelope)

B. 10 min to establish

  • Heavy Clean & Jerk (submax)

C. New Year’s EVE WOD

  • 31 – KB Sumo DHP 50/35
  • 28 – Sit Ups
  • 31- Pull Ups
  • 30- Burpees
  • 31- KTE
  • 30- Wallball
  • 300M Run
  • 31- KB Swings 50/35
  • 31- Box Jumps 24/20
  • 30- Push Press 75/45
  • 31- Double Unders
  • 30- T2B
  • 31- HSPU
  • 200M Run

*** Please scale weight or reps as necessary.
