  • 11 Push-ups
  • 22 walking lunges

B. Front Squat

  • 10-10-10-10

C. 30-20-10

  • Strict Pull ups
  • Ring Rows

D.  3 rounds NOT for time of:

  • 15 Strict TTB
  • 20 weighted Sit ups – feet anchored with DB across chest
  • 25 medball Cobras
