C. Overhead Complex: 5 Sets/15 min cap

  • 1 Press + 1 Push press + 1 Push/Split jerk

***Add weight every set.

D. “Mr Amundson”

  • Tabata: WallBalls
  • AMRAP: 4 Muscle-ups (scale w/Pull-ups)
  • Tabata: Double-unders (scale w/ attempts)

Score is sum of total MUor PU and lowest reps of each wallballs and double-unders.
