B. 3x

2 rounds:

  • 6 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
  • 9 V-Ups
  • 12 Pull-Ups
  • 15 Double Unders or 45 Single Unders

*** rest 2 minutes after each set of 2 rounds

C. 5 minutes

  • Handstand / Headstand work

D. 5 minutes

  • static stretching for increased flexibility
