A. EMOM 8 (add weight each round)

  • 1 Snatch + 3 OH Squats

B. Front Squat

  • In 5-6 sets find 3RM
  • Rest 90sec between sets

C. AMRAP 10

  • 30 Double unders
  • 15 Power Snatches, 75/55

D.  For Time

  • 30 Handstand Push ups
