AMRAP 8 (cap):

  • 3 HSPU (handstand push up), 3 clean 185/125
  • 6 HSPU, 3 clean 185/125
  • 9 HSPU, 3 clean 185/125
  • 12 HSPU, 6 clean 185, 125

And so on with 3 additional HSPU each round and 3 additional cleans every 3 rounds

  • 10 cleans

Men push press 95 lb. and clean 115 lb.
Women push press 65 lb. and clean 75 lb.
