  • 10 ring rows

  • Thrusters, 95/65
  • Box Jumps, 24/20

rest equal time, then…

B. 21-15-9:

  • Calorie Row/ AirDyne
  • Bar Facing Burpees

C. 3 sets Not for Time

  • 30 Hip Bridges
  • 20 GHD Sit ups or V-ups
  • 10 Strict T2B/K2E
  • 5 Partner Glute Ham Raises
