  • Kipping (practice on floor and bar)
  • headstands
  • handstands/walking
  • Ring dips
  • candlestick to stand/ shoulder rolls
  • hollow rocks
  • core work

B. Mobility

  • Ankles
  • knees
  • hips
  • shoulders
