A. 3 RFT:
10 Clean and Jerks (135/95)(95/65)
400m Run

B.  Hang Squat Cleans
3 set for max Reps (155/135) (135/95)
rest as needed between sets.

C. “Fight Gone Bad” – 3 Rounds of:

AMRAP 1 at each station:
  • Wall Balls, 20/14
  • SDHP, 75/55
  • Box Jump, 20″
  • Push Press, 75/55
  • Row/ride for cals.
  • Rest 1 minute between rounds.

  1. I’ll be in Huntington Beach and calling Saab at the time of our 6am class. I’ll let you know if I’m gonig to the 6:30pm class, but I’ll probably just do it at home.

    Wow. Can’t believe after tomorrow we’ll be able to say we did Fight Gone Bad, albeit modified!
