A.  Back Squat

  • work to 90% of 1RM
  • Dropset: 1 max rep set @ 30/45# less than 90%

B. 5 rounds w/ Kettlebell:

  • Swings x20-25 reps
  • One-armed rows 5×5/side
  • OH Squats 5×5/side
  • One-legged deadlift 5×5/leg

C. Snatch Progressions w/Bar or Dowel– Drills:

  • 10 Overhead Squat
  • 10 Snatch Balance
  • 10 S.O.T.S Press
