  • 60 Double unders
  • 50 HEAVY KB Swings
  • 40 Burpees

B. 3 RFT

  • 10 Thrusters (55/35)
  • 10 T2B
  • 8 Thrusters (75/55)
  • 10 T2B
  • 6 Thrusters (95/75)

rest 1 minute between rounds (scale weight accordingly: UP or DOWN)

C. 3 RFT

  • 10 chin ups
  • 20 Pushups
  • 30 air squat

D. COOL DOWN

  • run/jog 400m
  • Foam Roll
