A.  AMRAP 5

  • 30 Jump rope: Double Unders (120 singles)
  • 30  jumping jacks

B.  AMRAP 5

  • 3 per leg: barbell Bench step ups
  • 4 per leg: 1-leg Romanian KB deadlifts

C.  AMRAP 5

  • 15 Ring row
  • 10 Power skater
  • 100m run

D.  AMRAP 5

  • 5 power cleans (pull from floor)
  • 10 push ups
  • 30s Airdyne

E. AMRAP 5

  • 10 AbMat Situps
  • 10 ring dips
  • 20 walking lunges -total
