Warmup:

  • Bike 3 minutes
  • Agile 8
  • Walking lunge= 40 total

A. Close-stance deep squat, no belt

  • 8 sets of 10, 10, 5, 5, 3, 3, 1, 1 reps

B. Bench press

  • 1 warm-up set of 30 light reps,
  • 4 working sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 reps

C. 3 sets

  • 10 Partner GHD
  • 40 Walking lunge

D. 3 x

  • 12 Incline dumbbell press
  • 20 Push-up
