  • Walking lunge= 46 total

A. Close-stance deep squat, with belt

  • 10-10-5-5-3-3-1-1 reps

B. Deficit deadlift

  • 10-10-5-5-3-3-1-1 reps

C. 3 sets

  • 46 Walking lunge
  • 30 Weighted AbMat Situps
  • 10 1-leg Hip Bridge (20 total)

D.  3 sets

  • 15-20 Pull-up
  • 15/arm Single-arm dumbbell row
